Extra Charges for Creative Cloud applications

Question

Hi! I have only an Adobe Premiere Pro license. I want to add the whole Creative cloud package. However, when I added that, it adds to my current package and the price is way too high. How can I get rid of the current premiere pro license and add the whole Creative Cloud package without extra cost?
