Extremely frustrated with @AdobeCare support.
I’ve been trying to resolve a SIMPLE issue since July 15—just need two codes applied to two email accounts.
Every time I contact support, I’m told “3-4 days.
It’s been over a week, and nothing has been done. No updates. No urgency. Just empty promises.
This is pathetic customer service from a company like Adobe. If this is how customer issues are handled, I’ll be forced to escalate this beyond support. Do better. 👎
