Failed cancellation during free trial
Hi I briefly used free trial while my work account was not working. I cancelled per the website and all instructions. Now I'm realising the account has become active and I'm being debited $80 monthly for a service I unsubscribed from during the free trial AND $450 cancellation fee if I cancel now. Noticing lots of people online having the same issue. Incredibly disappointed. Trying to discuss with online support with no response - see attached.
