Failed to upgrade plan

I'm trying to upgrade my photography plan from 20GB to 1TB but, when I proceed to pay, a pop-up window tells me I already own the upgraded plan, which I obviously don't, and gives me only the option to subscribe to a teams plan.
I'm also having a hard time contacting the support because, at least in Italy, it's impossible to contact an agent, neither on chat nor on a phone call. The support website only gives you the option to post to the forum. I'd like to be contacted directly by some staff member to sort this out, thanks.
