Falsche Buchung

Es wurde für mich ein Abo für Photoshop erstellt von dem ich nichts wusste.

Die Buchung wurde bereits von mir gekündigt. Wurde die Fortsetzung auch damit gekündigt ?

 

Besteht eine chance das ich das Geld zurückbekomme. Ich fürchte jemand ist in mein Account eingedrungen und hat das Abo bestellt. Ich wusste nichts davon.
