fatturazione tripla

avevo attivato illustrator e photoshop, poi nel giorno di scadenza di uno, mentre l'altro non era ancora scaduto, ho aggiornato tramite il portale all'abbonamento mensile di tutta la creative common.

sul mio account di fatturazione i costi delle due singole app sono stati azzerati ma sul mio conto mi hanno fatturato 3 volte !!

 

e sono 20 minuti che cerco il bottone della chat o per email ad adobe ma si guardano bene dal renderlo accessibile e ne fanno una caccia al tesoro nonostante si facciano pagare BEI SOLDI per questo servizio a cui evidentemente non vogliono dare supporto.

e mi tocca scrivere qua su un forum nella speranza che qualcuno di loro si palesi . imbarazzante

nice, i managed to contact them after a while. now i want thi post to be removed and i just discovered that it is not possible. jeeezz can please a moderator intervene and delete please?

use a browser that allows popups and cookies and contact adobe support by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human

p.p.p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-community/td-p/12919684/redirect_from_archived_page/true

i can't see any reason to remove it.  it's possible it will help someone else.
