Bom dia, no dia 20 de setembro fiz um upgrade do plano de fotografia para o creative cloud todos, paguei o valor de 36.89€ e agora não tenho acesso aos programas, a fatura do valor não aparece na parte das faturas e o dinheiro foi cobrado

Hi there,

As per your account details, you have an active subscription to Adobe Photography plan. The plan has not changed to Adobe Creative Cloud all apps yet. Did you follow the steps as listed here? https://adobe.ly/4gOsSqM

"Sorry, but I was charged for both plans, and I only have access to the photography plan! I want a refund or access to the full Creative Cloud."

after payment is made, it has to be received.  ie, most payments aren't instantaneous.
