Firefly is saying I'm out of credits, but they should've renewed April 20th. (4 days ago). It now says I have to wait until May 20th. I have no idea how to get help for this.
Our credits were scheduled to reset April 20th. They have not. And now it’s telling me I’ll have to wait until May20th. We paid for these. Please help. I need this for work.
