Firefly subscription not active

Hello, I purchased Adobe Firefly Pro (Order Number: AD04779507270CIN). My payment of ₹1,596.54 has already been successfully charged, but my Firefly Pro subscription is still not active. I have waited for a long time and still do not have Pro access. Please activate my subscription immediately or provide a refund if activation is not possible.
