I understand how frustrating it is to complete the purchase and still not have access to the Premium features you paid for.

I checked your Adobe account and do not see any active Lightroom or Creative Cloud subscriptions associated with it. Since this purchase was made through Google Play, the purchase may be associated with a different account than the Adobe account currently signed in to Lightroom.

Please review the following document and follow the steps to verify your Adobe ID and restore your purchase:

Thank you to ​@Manan Joshi and ​@Peru Bob for their assistance. As they mentioned, signing out of Lightroom and then signing back in with the correct Adobe account often resolves this type of issue. The document above also explains how to use the Restore Purchases option within the Lightroom app.

If the purchase still does not appear after completing those steps, you will need to contact Google Play support, as Google manages Play Store billing and purchase processing.

As ​@Manan Joshi said, if your account is managed by Google Play, you will need to contact their support.

Try logging out and then log back in. Play store purchases are managed by Google so you can connect with them as well
