A questão é que não fiz a compra e apareceu como tivesse feito.

    Thank you for posting, @Dalida24591630o4ps.

I understand how concerning and frustrating it can be to see a subscription that you do not recognize, especially when you are also being asked to update your payment information.

I reviewed the subscriptions associated with your account and found three active subscriptions:

    • An Acrobat Standard subscription purchased directly from Adobe. This subscription is currently past due and is requesting updated credit card information.
    • An Acrobat Premium subscription purchased through the Google Play Store on October 19, 2025.
    • An Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus subscription purchased through the Google Play Store on September 14, 2026.

Based on the account information, the AI Assistant Plus subscription is active and does not appear to be an unauthorized charge. Because the Acrobat Premium and Acrobat AI Assistant Plus subscriptions were purchased through Google Play, any changes, cancellations, or billing questions related to those subscriptions must be managed through Google Play.

To update the payment method for the past-due Acrobat Standard subscription purchased directly from Adobe, please review the following HelpX document:

    https://helpx.adobe.com/account/individual/billing-and-payments/payment-methods/update-payment-information.html

If you do not recognize the Acrobat AI Assistant Plus subscription purchased through Google Play, please review your Google Play subscription history and contact Google Play Support if you believe the purchase was made unintentionally.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions, @Dalida24591630o4ps.
