I have already requested a full refund, but I have not received it yet. It has now been 10 days.

if you see a problem, contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe support; chat and twitter (now x):

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
