For the love of god how do I start the refund process?

Illustrator auto-renewed a yearly prepaid plan several days ago (I had auto-renew turned OFF!!), and I cancelled it today. But on my Adobe account page it states "Service will expire on Apr 22 2026 Annual plan, prepaid" I don't want the subscription for the year. I want a refund. I had turned auto-renew off.

I have been searching for half an hour, trying to find where to start the refund process but I can't find it anywhere. Do I have to just go thorugh my bank and dispute the charge or what?
