forgot my email password and now Im unable to delete my free trial

Question

i created a temporary email specifically for testing adobe program with free trial, and i put my credit card informations to open an adobe account with this email, but now after 7 days from using adobe apps i wanted to quit the subscription and delete my credit card from my account.
Unfortunately i didnt save my email password so i couldnt get the verification code to delete the free trial supscription, and im afraid 11 feb will come and my money goes .

My adobe account is ( email removed - kglad) and im posting my message with this account.
i want this problem to be solved before 11 feb ( means today (: ).

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.
