Forgot to cancel 7 day trial within time limit.

I had to use Adobe InDesign for a university assignment but didn’t have the funds, so I opted to try the 7 day free trial. Unfortunately, due to the last weeks of the semester being too hectic i completely forgot to cancel the trial within the week so that i didn’t get charged. Right now the plan section on my account doesn’t let me cancel the trial due to insufficient funds and I’ve already emailed adobe support but have had no response.

 

I understand that there is a 14 day grace period to cancel without getting charged, my trial ended on the 9th of July so I do still have time to cancel before I’m charged, right? Please help
