Forgot to cancel auto subscription

Good day. 

I am currently subscribed for an Adobe plan. I missed the auto renewal cancellation time due to confusion regarding time zones. It was renewed today. Is it please possible to reverse subscrtion without having to pay penalties? I am no longer using the license. Is it please possible to assit? If this is not the correct forum, could someone please kindly direct me to a suitable platform, as I am having trouble reaching support team. Thank you in advacnce.
