Forgot to cancel my subscription
Hi, I forgot to cancel my subscription on a yearly subscription. I have had the subscription for a few months and have only noticed it recently due to a lack of funds. I am in dire need of support on this, and if you look at my account, I have not used any of the services provided at all by Adobe. I thought I needed certain features for a university project; however, I realized that I didn't need the subscription after getting it and then forgetting about it.
Moreover, I have spent the last half hour trying to find any contact methods that do not involve posting to a community tab. I am very frustrated that I cannot have a private ticket that is only pertinent to me and my account. I am sure that other community tabs are great and work really well. For cases regarding a user's account where only an Adobe representative can help, I believe these forums' posts are intrusive and unnecessary. Would it be possible to hide this post or remove it after completion?
