Forgot to cancel the subscription and am requesting a refund

Question

Hi. I forgot to cancel my After Effects free trial in time and was charged. I just tried to cancel, but I  accepted a '3 months free' offer thinking it would credit a refund. But it seems it didnt. I would like to  request a full refund for the initial charge. Can you help me with that?

you have to cancel within the refund period in order to receive a refund. ie, make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", you probably have a payment error that you need to repair before cancellation is allowed, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html
