Forgot to cancel their free trial before it converted into a paid subscription.

I forgot to cancel my free trial, and now it has charged me. I can’t cancel it due to a billing issue because I don’t have enough funds to pay. I’ve tried contacting an agent, but every time an agent joins, it just sends an automated message and then leaves.
