What is the formal complaint procedure at Adobe for the UK 

The AI agent sends you round in circels

The agents in the char when you finally get to someone are not much beter than chat bot 
They don’t acutally think about the problem they just follow some script and go with best fit and make it worse and worse and worse 

The will kick you out while you are typing and for someone who has access needs, its a nightmare, I can’t keep telling them the samethings over and over aagin
