Formal Demand for Immediate Account Deletion — No Further Billing or Retention Attempts
Dear Adobe Support,
I are asking for my Adobe account to be deleted immediately and permanently.
Let me make it entirely clear, since it seems that getting through Adobe's customer support system is more complicated than launching a spacecraft.
I have no intention of updating my billing details. I also don't want any further subscription. I don't want your software bundles, promotional offers, retention discounts, or any other unnecessary rubbish that you plan to shove at me in order to keep me trapped in your ecosystem.
My outdated payment details have somehow ended up being linked to my account even though I am unable to view or delete them. It seems that Adobe has become skilled at making it easier to enter a financial obligation than it is to get out of one.
As for your customer support, it's brilliantly unhelpful. With the use of automated phone systems, AI-produced replies, and the apparently mythical fact that there is an actual customer support email address, it seems like you'd have to go looking for a lost civilization if you wanted to get through to a real person.
So, to eliminate any possibility of confusion:
Delete my Adobe account and any associated personal data, with the only exception being what is required by law.
Cancel all currently active subscriptions and make sure that no further recurring charges are incurred.
I don't want you to update or replace my payment details in order to deal with this request.
I don't want any promotional offers, subscription discounts, or requests asking me to remain in contact.
This message should not be seen as a call for negotiations.
I have no interest in having my problems solved, in getting help with billing, in account recovery, or in talking to some pleasant automated assistant pretending to understand how frustrated I am.
I want my account to be deleted and wiped out, falling into the digital abyss and never being seen again.
The only response I expect is confirmation that my subscription has been canceled and my account deletion has been completed, followed by:
Thank you. Have a good day.
That's all there is to it—no sales pitch, no survey, and no frantic effort to persuade me that Adobe Creative Cloud is essential to my existence.
Please honour my decision and deal with this request without creating any unnecessary difficulties.
Sincerely,
A previous customer who prefers to edit photographs with Microsoft Paint rather than have to put up with the billing system once more.
