Foto-Abo (20 GB) überlagert sich mit Creative Cloud Foto-Abo mit 1 TB

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe ein

Foto-Abo (20 GB) im Abo (Nächste Zahlung am 27. Okt. 2025)

nun habe ich mir beim Primeday ein 1 Jahres Prepaid Abo für:

Creative Cloud Foto-Abo mit 1 TB

gekauft und leider zu spät gemerkt, dass ich nicht das gleiche gekauft habe wie ich schon hatte.

 

Ich habe nun das 

Creative Cloud Foto-Abo mit 1 TB

aktiviert und zwei Abos gleichzeitig.

 

Ist es irgendwie möglich, dass das 1 Jahres 

Creative Cloud Foto-Abo mit 1 TB

auf das 

Foto-Abo (20 GB)

angerechnet wird?

Hi wie ist hier die richtige Vorgehensweise ? Stehe gerade an selber Stelle- meins läuft im Februar aus - ich hätte gerne jetzt am black Friday wieder Lizenz Codes gekauft - aber die alten vorherigen mit 20 GB gibt s ja gar nicht mehr .:: kannst du mir helfen was nun zu tun ist ? 🙂

hat sich erledigt hab das alte gekündigt und hoffe ich bekomme was zurück. Wie ich Adobe kenne, wird dies aber nicht der Fall sein
