Frage zu Rechnungen

Hallo in die Runde,
ich habe für unsere Niederlassung in der Schweiz Stock-Credits gekauft. Mir wird im Rechnungsverlauf zwar die Bestellnummer aber keine Rechnung angezeigt. An was liegt das oder wo kann ich mich hinwenden um diese zu erhalten? Liebe grüße Sandra
