Frais d'annulation après bug de résiliation

Bonjour,

 

Je me retrouver actuellement dans une impasse, après un test de la version d'essai de première pro afin de voir avec quel logiciel de montage j'allais commencer mon activité, je me retrouve à devoir payer des frais d'annulation d'abonnement de plus de 100 euros car il semblerait que mon annulation précèdente n'ai pas étée prise en compte.

 

Je m'étonne vraiment de ces frais et espère que cela pourra se régler avec l'équipe d'adobe, c'est un sérieux coup vis à vis de mon choix futur de support de travail si cela n'est pas réglé correctement.. J'aimerais annuler mon abonnement sans avoir à payer de frais (exorbitants) d'annulation parce que j'ai dépassé la date d'annulation (et surtout parceque cette annulation n'a pas été prise en compte ..).
