Frais de résiliation

Bonjour, 

 

J'écris ici suite a un soucis quand aux frais de résiliations. En effet; je me vois dans l'obligation suite a des soucis financiers majeurs de résilier mon offre annuel. Ayant dépassé les délais me permettant d'y mettre fin sans frais d'annulation, je me retrouve dans une impasse. Je dois payer une certaine somme pour résillier la formule hors, je n'ai pas a disposition cette somme. 

De plus, il est évident que je ne pourrai pas non plus payer les prélèvements des mois à venir. 

Comment faire ?

you can plead your case to adobe, but if you're canceling an annual subscription after the trial + grace period (2 weeks), you'll owe 1/2 the remaining months of your subscription.
