Question

Frais de résiliation abonnement et frais

Bonjour,

you have to explicitly cancel adobe trials and subscriptions.  there is no automatic termination.  even one year subscriptions automatically renew.

Hi @anthony_9502,

We appreciate you reaching out. As per your account details, you have an active subscription to Adobe Acrobat Pro since 1 month and 4 days. You can cancel the plan following the article shared by the expert above however there could be some early termination charges involved.

You can check the details here: https://adobe.ly/4nKspsT

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

@anthony_9502 when you sign up for a free trial, like many companies like Adobe, they ask for credit card information. For future reference: at this point, you need to seriously think about this... if I forget to cancel with ample time, the company can charge me. The "free trial" period typically has a strict 7 or 14-day (depending on which trial you got, the individual or business) window during which you can cancel for a full refund. If you passed this initial window before attempting to cancel, Adobe's terms usually state that early cancellation of an annual plan will incur a fee. Yes, an annual plan billed monthly, which is a common practice as it has more 'bang' ie, savings than a regular month to month plan. (*Note: This is a reason why I no longer do trial periods, especially when a credit card is asked!)

The information you received about your subscription ending on July 7th might have been misleading or referred to a specific billing cycle rather than the end of your contractual obligation. When you logged in today, July 8th, and were charged again, it's because your annual plan automatically renewed for another month within that yearly commitment, and the system still sees you as bound by the original annual agreement. The notification that your subscription will now end on August 7th further reinforces that you're on a month-to-month billing cycle within an annual commitment that extends beyond just one month.
