Frame.io - Changing my email address - locked out due to apparent bug

I was forwarded here by the Adobe support, as Frame.io is no longer supported by them, and there doesn’t seem to be a suitable forum category either.

I am not sure, if you can help me, but let’s give it a shot.

We use frame.io in our video production workflows.
Our team composition changed recently, and we wanted to adjust the account’s associated email address.

I went ahead and changed the mail from:

oldmail@company.com to newmail+frameio@company.com (placeholder names, but in case the “+” makes a difference here, I wanted to include the mail address syntax).

I received the “Confirm your email” mails on our new account mail. However, when I press the confirm button, I get routed to a Frame.io page that says, “Page not found”.

• To log in through our old mail is no longer possible, since I requested the change
• When I log in through the new mail, I have only two options: confirm with the “Page not found” mail link, or log out.
• The Frame.io account is not linked to an Adobe account, as it was created before Adobe acquired Frame.io.

Effectively, we can’t use the services we have paid for, and our team can’t continue to work.
