Fraud using an illegal plan that we did not order from Adobe. Help me please

Hi all. We bought a plan 3 months ago Photography Plan (20 GB). Which cost 15 CAD per month and they didn’t buy anything else. Over the course of 3 months, we discovered that we were paying Adobe 125 CAD. We looked at our plan and discovered that they had added two more plans to us without our permission, which we did not purchase and which we do not use. Adobe Stock - 10 sources per month - CAD$ 38. 99 /month and Creative Cloud - All Apps (100 GB) - CAD$ 71. 99/month. Moreover, this scam has a continuation, to cancel the Adobe Stock plan - 10 resources per month, we need to pay CAD 175.46, for the Creative Cloud plan - All Apps (100 GB) - we need to pay a difference of CAD 323.96. Who can advise what to do about such fraud on the part of Adobe?

because you do NOT have a teams or enterprise plan (which is where you posted), contact adobe support via one of the 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

twitter/x:
tweet @AdobeCare

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

none of that can be done via the forums.  you must do that yourself or contact adobe support for help.

to start, make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
