Hi, I was wondering if anyone else has had an issue with adobe not canceling subscriptions and then nailing you with a $120 charge a yaer later. A year ago I tried photoshop for less then a month. I find it hard to believe I would sign up for an annual sunscription. Even if I did there is no way I would not have canceled it immediately to avoid the charge. No emails or notifications about a renewal or anything.

What is your Adobe Case Number from when you cancelled your subscription via phone or online chat?  I will ask an Adobe senior staff member to look into this matter.   If you don't know your case number, log-in to your account below and scroll down to View Support History.

Yes, I did.  They finally agreed to cancel it but did not refund all of my money.  I will block them with my credit card company if it happens again and also report them to the Department of Consumer Affairs.

If you did not tell them to cancel the subscription, it rolls over automatically.

Cancelling can be done in the final month of the subscription.

SOME programs are available Monthly https://community.adobe.com/t5/Get-Started/Being-charged-for-a-full-year-when-i-m-on-month-to-month/td-p/10248222 - links and pictures
-the special Photography Plan is ONLY available on an annual plan, with monthly or 1 annual payment

When you 'click to agree' to the subscription terms while buying a subscription, that means that you really do need to read BEFORE you buy a subscription... https://www.adobe.com/misc/subscription_terms.html
