Fraudulent activity detected on your Adobe Account

What is happening with Adobe right now? Why were our 3 accounts suddenly hit with cancelled plans, with the email citing 'Fraudulent activity detected on your Adobe Account' as the reason?

We have been using these accounts properly, and all subscriptions were purchased directly through the official Adobe website, so why are you treating us like this?

When I reached out to customer support, I was told to wait 3 to 4 business days. When I followed up after that period, I was informed that the decision was final and there was no chance of recovering the accounts and worse, you won't even refund our payments.

Is this really how you operate now, Adobe? Our money has essentially been wasted, and this honestly feels like a scam because you refuse to return our funds. We pay on time every single month, and we only use genuine, official apps installed on our devices

which is the exact reason we purchased directly from you in the first place!

This is beyond disappointing, and a business practice like this deserves to be officially reported.

Thank you for posting, @M.Sinen390587483aea.

I'm sorry to hear about the frustration and disappointment this situation has caused, especially after maintaining active subscriptions and purchasing directly through Adobe.

I reviewed your account information and can confirm that you currently have an active support case open: ADB-47077635-N3M5. Because this matter involves an account review that is already being handled through that case, the team managing the investigation will be in the best position to provide updates and answer questions related to the decision.

If you would like to review your case status or add additional information, please use the Adobe Customer Support portal:

https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html

I recommend updating your existing case with any new details or questions rather than creating a new request. This will ensure all information remains attached to the ongoing review.

I'd also like to thank @kglad for helping gather additional information about the accounts involved.

I understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for, and I encourage you to continue working through case ADB-47077635-N3M5 so the team can provide guidance specific to your situation, @M.Sinen390587483aea.

Hi, I came across your post about Adobe cancelling your subscription for “fraudulent activity.” I’m dealing with the same issue now. Were you eventually able to get your subscription restored or get a resolution from Adobe? Thanks in advance.
