Fraudulent charges

I have charges on my credit card account from Adobe that I did not authorize. There is no ability for me to connect with an agent on the customer support page because the AI program keeps saying I do not have any Adobe orders or subscriptions (go figure). I need to speak to someone to reverse the charges but there is no number listed ANYWHERE. 

 

Please provide me with a number to call.

check your account, https://account.adobe.com

if that shows no subscription check https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/unknown-charge-on-bill.html

 

if you still don't recognize the charges, contact your credit card issuer and report fraud (which would be perpetrated by someone using your card to purchase a subscription for themselves or, more likely, to scam someone else).

Hi @shayla_4069,

I confirm there is no active subscription associated with your account. Also, there is no record of any transaction requested by Adobe. Did you speak with bank about these charges?
