Fraudulent charges on my AMEX

I have fraudulent charges on my AMEX.  I've found that the charges are linked to a girls name and company that ive never heard of.  I called the company and they have never heard of the girl.  Ive tried to speak to Adobe at least 4 times but the online chat people just disconnect the call.  I've spoken to amex and have listed all the authorisation numbers for ADobe.  I have an Adobe case number and have also made 2 reports to their external ethics / whistleblower number.  I followed up the whistlblower report today and Adobe had closed it without advising me why or what about so we created a new one.  Its over $2100 in fraudulent charges.  Please help me.

Hi @Natalie35155848gvzl,

We appreciate you reaching out. I can see that your email is associated with an annual prepaid Adobe Acrobat Pro plan since last 4 years and 11 months. Are you talking about these charges? If yes, please contact your bank as suggested by the expert above.

Hi Shiv. No im not! From my investigations the 10 monthly charges are for a woman they named as Mounica Bathina for a company called Panthom Engineering. Both have nothing to do with me. Apparently it's a TEAMS account. I found the company online. They are in Melbourne Australia . They don't have anyone working there by that name. This is a fraudulent account for a person that does not exist. This Mounica's email address is apparently a Gmail address. So Adobe have attached my credit card to a fake profile and account. I have all the authorisation numbers from AMEX. This is a scam
Of some description. How do I get help and get this money returned ??!

AGAIN, report fraud to amex.

and AGAIN, remove your signature or you'll have more problems.

reporting to your credit card company is sufficient.

It's not really as Adobe has actually taken the money from my credit card. My credit card has not been compromised. It's someone at Adobe creating fake accounts and using my credit card. It's the second time it's happened.
