Credit card theft isn't something Adobe can help you with. They are victims, too.

If you're very certain you or a family member didn't order a Photography Plan, report the unauthorized charges to your bank/credit card company.  Your bank will have you sign some legal papers before cancelling your card & launching an investigation with law enforcement.  This should have been reported immediately.  Most banks have cut-off dates for reporting unauthorized charges.

Good luck.

Hi @Anthony3366160393nc,

We appreciate you contacting us. As per your account details. there is no active subscription under your email ID.

Also, I checked the transaction history and there was no money transacted from Adobe's end. We recommend contacting your bank regarding the money deducted.

P.S. Do not share any private or confidential info here. This is a public forum.

Regards,

If so, did you cancel properly?

if suspect fraudulent use of your c card, contact your card issuer, eg,  you never started an adobe trial.
