Free plan doesn t work?

So I wanted to cancel my Ilustrator subscription but I was offered a 2 month free plan and I accepted but when I look at my payment plan it still tells me that I have to pay next month. Does that mean that 2 month free plan didn t work?

not necessarily. you probably have a 1 year subscription that you'll pay for and then receive your 2 months free. ie, 14months for the cost of 12 months.
