Free Subscription Cancellation

Hi,

I availed the free mobile subscription to Lightroom. I no longer use it and I haven’t received any notifications that my free subscription will be ending soon. Upon checking today, the free trial has already ended yesterday and I was auto deduct in my GCash amounting to P1,050. I would like to ask for a cancellation and refund via Apple/Gcash. Please help me on this. Does anybody know who I need to contact? It's quite frustrating as I really want my money back.

Regards,

Cleah

you have to cancel yourself.  ie, cancellation is not automatic and can not be done for you.

make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

and for info on how to cancel your subscription, this page describes the few steps involved, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.

if you're unable to follow the steps described, check for a payment problem. all payment problems must be resolved before cancellation is enabled, https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html
