Please help. I signed up for the Adobe free trial to test the software, but I unfortunately forgot to cancel before the trial period expired. When I tried to cancel, the system no longer allows me to do so without charges, and I’m currently unable to pay for the subscription. I also can’t navigate where the agent chat for issues are so I haven’t tried that yet. Please someone help me on how to cancel.
