Free trial not working after 1 day

Hi, I started an Adobe Illustrator 7 day free trial on this account and it barely worked for 24 hours and is now saying I have to renew and pay a subscription fee. What gives?

I did mean to cancel it in order to not have it charge my card. It said I can cancel it and keep my trial access and then it wouldn't charge me afterward.

I am sorry, Todd, we don't provide any free trials. You should see a refund in your account within 14 business days, depending upon the financial institutions involved.
