Free trial that comes with Adobe own course on Coursera platform is cancelled due to non-existing fraudulent activity
So, I was in the middle of a project and poof my 4 month trial I’ve got through Adobe own course on Coursera.com is canceled due to fraudulent activity, although there are none.
It was all legal and legitimate, perfect for what I was planning with becoming of course paying client later on.
I’ve got the email telling me in short that fraudulent activity is detected over my account, and to call 866-493-4991 which I can’t currently. Completely insane situation.
Chat is moving me through the same loop over and over, I was so tired last night.
Is there any hope for happy conclusion?
