from private account to business account

I'm a teacher and use adobe for my work, but I've always paid for it myself. But now my school has given my an account on their expense.

perfect, but now I've year long membership until january 2021... when I cancel that I still have to pay 50% until january!

second problem, is it possible to use my own adobe ID with the new account from my school? do I loose everthing from my private account?
