you must cancel your subscription.  make sure you're aware of the cancellation terms by selecting your plan type (at the top of the page here), https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/creative-cloud-subscription-terms.html

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.



if you're unable to follow the steps described, you'll need to await help from an adobe employee for the next step.  (if you don't get a reply here from a badged employee within 24 hours, repost.)

Hello, thank you for contacting me!

I have been on this page but the ai assistant was not able to help me with
my refund so i need a *person* to confirm my eligible *refund. *Please can
you do that for me and if not can you give me an email of Adobe that can do
that for me?

I am now attaching my confirmation emails and will wait for them to give me a feedback on my refund. I started the trial at 10 of may and ended it on 16 of may. I am looking forward to your response Adobe.
