gastos cancelación de un plan

Acabo de cancelar la suscripción de Adobe. Me indica unos gastos de cancelación de 79 euros, está claro que no habré leido las condiciones bien en su momento. No volveré jamás a contratar un producto suyo

    In case you did not jump the free cancellation period by much and had some genuine trouble canceling the plan you can contact support and let them know, you might land a refund, no harm in talking.

    yo estaba en ello y he ido a la pagina de contratacion yblo único que pone es que si cancelas pasados los 14 dias de prueba se te pueden aplicar gastos. pero en ningún momento pone cuanto ni esa barbaridad. Y encima yo lo cogíporque necesitaba usar las firmas digitale sy no funciona correctamente. 

    Creo que lo mejor es consultar con un abogado o con el OMIC.

    there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

    chat:
    use a browser that allows popups and cookies, and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
    in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
    be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

    p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
