If you're receiving an error message when adding your phone number, please try the following:

• Refresh the page and try again.
• Use a different browser or an Incognito/Private browsing window.
• Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
• Make sure the phone number is entered in the correct format, including the country code if required.
• As suggested by one of our community experts ​@Manan Joshi , try a different browser or network. If you have any ad blockers, VPNs, or firewall settings enabled, temporarily disable them and try again.
