Hi, apologies if this has been answered elsewhere but i either can't find it or don't understand the words written down.....

I work for an organisation (approx. 200 staff) in the public sector. We currently use DC Pro (as a subscription) and i use Photoshop elements 14 (one-off purchase) and we are thinking about purchasing InDesign and Illustrator. I'm not sure which license/option is the best (or is allowed within my setup). I work in a team of 4 and there will potentially be 2 staff members using it, but likely will be one person using (me). Do i go for the individual person option and purchase the 2 services, or go for the business one (and again order the 2 services)?

I need to be mindful of costs (as mentioned previously, we are a public sector organisation), however i don't want to breach any rules.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

it depends.

one team/enterprise subscription for x people may be more expensive than x individual subscriptions but it gives you a lot more flexibility to assign the subscriptions and manage the subscriptions.

if you have x individual subscriptions, they can't be shared with anyone else.  ie, you can't (legally) reassign any of the original x to another group (or even change just one).

you should understand the differences before making a decision, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/faq/teams.html
