Generative credits allowance mismatch between Account page and PS status indicator

I am on a Photography - 20GB plan. A review of my Plan via my Account page states that I am supposed to have 500 monthly generative credits "as a legacy benefit". But when I review my credits status (in Photoshop, for example) only 275 credits are indicated (currently "115/275" displayed). Can someone help me understand the difference??
