Generative Fill Credits NOT renewed

I pay my bill monthly on the 29th.  My credits still haven't renewed and it's now the 3rd October!

Now knowing that my credits DO NOT roll over, this means I'm obviously missing out because I have no access to them yet!?

Virtual Assistant is absolutely useless.  

Can anyone shed any light on this please?

In addition to Ged's good advice, what was your plan's initial billing date?

(You didn't say and it may or may not be the same as your current billing date.)

When do my generative credits renew?

For customers with a paid subscription, generative credits renew each month based on the plan’s initial billing date (For example, if the plan started on the 15th of the month, the credits would renew on the 15th of each month).
