Hello,

I would like to request a refund for my Adobe subscription. A payment was recently charged from my account, and I did not realize that my subscription would renew automatically. I was not intending to continue using the plan, and I canceled it as soon as I noticed the charge.

I kindly ask if you could help me with a refund and waive the early cancellation fee as an exception.

I would really appreciate your understanding and support.

    If you cancelled within 14 days of downloading the apps, the refund is automatic.

    After 14 days, no refund.

    If you didn’t cancel in time for a full refund, you will have to contact Adobe customer service and plead your case. They are usually helpful.
