Getting billed without active subscription, can't cancel or find any information
Hello,
I once had an active subscription connected to my school e-mail to verify myself as a student. I cancelled that subscription. I have several times logged into that account to double check that I have no active subscriptions. Everytime I checked on "Orders and invoices" it says that it can't find any orders associated with my account. On "activated devices" it says I have no active devices.
I can't find where my card info is stored. And I can't get access to the Adobe Support. So I have no way besides this to contact someone about me being wrongly billed by Adobe.
