Getting charge

Question

I cancelled my free trial for photoshop 2 days before it ended but still got charged £22, I got a confirmation email saying that its cancelled and that I wouldn't be charged, I have still been charged and on my account it says I'm not subscribed to anything, what do I do and how do I get my money back?

contact adobe support, if your account fails to show a refund is pending, https://account.adobe.com

there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter (now x):

chat:
if you have or want to purchase a subscription, use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative.
