Getting charged after cancellation
Last Month I switched to a different subscription and cancelled it. When reviewing this subscription on my account page it says its cancelled and will end on the 30th of September. However last month it said 31st of August and well today i got charged for said subscription. The AI-Chatbot also says its still active and im unable to cancel it because I get an error everytime i try. I didnt use the software last month and wont in the upcoming month but Im still getting charged and cant do anything against it. What a great experience! 🙂
Also I cant contact anyone via the bot because it keeps saying that there is no Support Member available.
Did anyone else ever have an experience like this?
