Getting charged twice a month for premiere pro?

i just realized i am getting charged $25 on the first of the month but also $33 on the last day a month for my premiere pro subscription. It says i just have the premiere pro subscription, but when looking at my billing hitory it shows the same two charges every single month under the same one. What is going on here, i need this fixed asap. I cancelled my subscription, hoping that would show me i have an extra one or something, but it says that was my adobe plan? why am i being charged twice then??
